Pupil Voice

In our School, we encourage every child to participate in the life of the school. This means every child has a voice when decisions are being made that affect them, and being actively involved in making decisions.

Each term we meet to discuss what we know already about the main theme and what we would like to know during the term.  We then decide who we would like to help this term.

Every class meets every fortnight to discuss what activities from a focus book they would like in the different areas in school.  We then plan accordingly for these areas to come alive for the children.

Children’s rights

Children’s rights are all the things that children and young people need to make sure that they are safe, have the things they need to survive and develop, and have a say in decisions that affect their lives.
